Stop Copying Everyone Else’s Plan (They Don’t Even Stick to Theirs)

You’ve seen it — that new trending workout on social media, the latest WOD everyone’s hyping, or the influencer who swears this is the secret to abs, gains, or the greatest approach.
And you think, “Maybe I’ll just throw that into my plan too.”

Then before you know it… your training looks like a pick ’n’ mix of random ideas that don’t match up, you’re sore in all the wrong places, and your progress? Fucking Stuck.

Most of the people on social media especially the influencers are training twice a day anyway and for the gen pop this is just no possible. 

Here’s the truth:
👉 You don’t need a new plan. You need to stick to the one you’ve got.
Turn up. Follow it. Get stronger over time.
That’s it.
No hacks. No “secret sessions.” Just consistency.

Every great athlete — whether they’re lifting, running, or doing Hyrox — got there by following a structured plan and showing up even when they didn’t feel like it.

And Don’t Even Get Me Started on Nutrition…

You’ve got influencers online showing you their “daily meals” while sitting in perfect lighting, child-free, probably fuelled by caffeine, filters, and the occasional “vitamin shot” (you know what I mean 💉). STED HEADS OR SKINNY PEN ABUSERS 

They’ll say, “I just eat clean do my training plan and drink water!”
Meanwhile, they’re on a calorie deficit, semaglutide, and stress-free in Bali.

You, on the other hand, have a job, a life, kids, and about 15 minutes to eat lunch before chaos starts again.

So here’s the deal: stop trying to copy someone else’s highlight reel.
Find what works for you —
✅ 3, 4, or 5 days of training that you actually enjoy.
✅ A nutrition approach you can stick to most of the time (not perfectly). (i like the 3+1 approach)
✅ An environment that keeps you accountable and pushes you to be better.

That’s the magic combo. It’s not sexy, it’s not trending… but it works every time.

Yes we want results quick, but thats the problem we want everything NOW but good things take time and the magic comes in the PROCESS. You learn more about yourself in the doing than the done END.
